Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox studied flute, piano and harpsichord at the Royal Academy of Music London for three years in the 70s. She survived on a student allowance and worked part-time to supplement her budget.
